Scorn Game Review

Scorn is a first person, immersive horror game which is set in an unsettling world with bizarre designs and an eerie tapestries.
The concept behind it is to “be thrown into this world”. You’ll be alone as you wander around in this dream-like atmosphere. This mysterious setting has an entire world.
Each location has the theme (story), puzzles as well as characters that play a role to creating a multi-dimensional world. It is a great way to discover new locations as you learn about different techniques as well as acquire weapons and other items, and attempt to learn about your surroundings.

Cohesive “lived within” the world. Scorn is set in the open space of diverse interconnected zones. Each area is a maze-like structure with various spaces and routes to walk through. It’s all in the game and there are no cut-scenes that hinder you from experiencing the brutal reality of the living alive world that you’re in. Keep your eyes on the ball and the game will not give you any sympathy if you miss something important on your uneasy travels. Each and every thing serves a reason – all you have to do is figure out what it is.
Full body awareness- Users will experience better immersion being conscious of their body and movement. The environment is interacting with you in a realistic way. You are able to grab objects with your hands, instead of floating around in the air. Equipment and devices are operated using the controls.
The inventory and ammo management is defined and limited. It is essential in keeping players in more alert throughout the game. It is important for the player to take into consideration when to fight, when they can be safe, and the impact consequences their actions can have on their surroundings. Diverse play styles will be needed to advance.
— Scorn Part 1 of 2? Is the part of the game separated?
The plan is to release it in two components. The first part will be released in 2018.
This two-part set represents everything that is ever going to be made. There will be no DLC, expansions or sequels. Ever.
