The trolley that is running away is careering down the railway tracks. The tracks contain five individuals who cannot move. The lever is right just behind you. If you pull that lever the trolley will switch into a new set of tracks. You will notice that there are people on the opposite track.
See the scenario play out and five people die. Choose to pull the lever and only one person gets killed – but due to your actions.
